As Policy and Market Analyst, Caroline manages the organization’s monitoring and analytical work related to corporate behavior, market dynamics, and government policy developments impacting Farm Action’s work in creating a more fair, sustainable, and healthy food system.

Caroline holds a B.A. in Political Science and Global Studies with a focus on Environment, Sustainability, and Social Responsibility from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Before joining Farm Action, she worked on Capitol Hill, where she collaborated with lawmakers, stakeholders, and coalitions on public policy, with a particular focus on food and agriculture. Her background also includes community relations and research on forest biodiversity and international development, giving her a broad perspective on the intersection of policy, markets, and environmental stewardship.

Caroline spends her free time with her cat, creating art, and finding new places to hike.
