Durnell\, a pivotal case centered on whether federal pesticide approvals can override state laws that allow people to sue when companies fail to warn about known risks. \nHuffman\, a sixth-generation Ohio farmer\, will speak on behalf of farmers\, farm workers\, and rural communities who are on the frontlines of pesticide exposure\, explaining why those closest to our food production face high risks and deserve a pathway to justice.
